Hi, I’m Manisha. I work from my home-based treatment space in Flitwick, Bedfordshire. The core of my work is to educate clients on their skin and to create them a truly bespoke experience, a treatment which is different every time.
I like to work intuitively, treating the whole person to help them understand their root cause and bring balance.
Through my own health challenges, I began to explore the world of alternative therapies, Chinese and Ayurvedic Medicine. Having grown up following Ayurvedic principles, I knew I wanted to learn more about its natural approach to health and wellbeing. I’ve studied Skin Health and both Chinese and Ayurvedic Face Reading, Body Reading, Nutrition, Lymphatic work and the connection between Gut Brain / Skin Health. I incorporate all of these learnings into the treatments I offer today.

This is a deeply transformative treatment which incorporates both MRL and Dermalogica Skincare. Tailored to your skin’s needs on the day, I will design your treatment to target your main skin concerns and include wellness touches to aid in relaxation and stress relief.

MRL PRO RITUAL
This treatment is MRL Ritual focused on supporting the lipid barrier, feeding your microbiome, and finding balance (homeostasis) incorporated with LED Light Therapy and Nano Infusion. Nano Infusion uses fine silicon cones that increase product infusion, improves the skins texture, addresses visible signs of aging and boosts hydration.

SCULPTURAL FACE LIFTING AND INTRAORAL (BUCCAL) MASSAGE
The therapist wears sterile gloves to work the face both inside and out, which tones and strengthens the facial muscles to smooth and rejuvenate the skin. This treatment includes LED Light Therapy.

AYURVEDIC MARMA FACE MASSAGE
This traditional ayurvedic facial uses soft herbal bundles and carefully selected ayurvedic products to achieve a natural and deeply relaxing experience. By stimulating vital marma points, it will reduce facial tension, tighten and tone the skin. Includes a scalp massage.

CELLUMA LED LIGHT THERAPY
LED light therapy is a safe and effective treatment for a variety of skin complaints in which different wavelengths of light penetrate the skin to varying depths. It can stimulate collagen production, reduce inflammation, fade pigmentation/scarring and can kill acne-causing bacteria on the skin’s surface. Includes double cleanse, 30 mins under the LED, hand and arm massage and finishing products.

SCALP MASSAGE
This is a traditional head, neck and shoulder massage, great for helping with tension relief, migraines and stress. Warm Ayurvedic herbalised oils are used that improves circulation to the head region helping to remove physical and emotional energy blockages, and relieving mental tension, shoulder/neck stiffness, aches and pains.

FULL BODY MASSAGE
A deeply relaxing oil massage for the whole body. This massage involves gentle, choreographed, rhythmic strokes using a variety of techniques, including marma point (vital energy centres) stimulation to enhance skin tone and detoxify and revitalise your entire body so to induce deep relaxation.
