Hi, I'm Manisha, a Facialist and Ayurvedic Massage Therapist based in Flitwick, Bedfordshire. I offer a whole person approach which focuses on supporting the skin holistically - internally, topically, and through lifestyle adjustments. I create unique facial treatments to repair, rejuvenate and restore your skin's natural glow.
As a Dermalogica Skin Expert and Marie Reynolds Therapist, I have a deep understanding of skin health. I have learnt additional disciplines related to skin health, Chinese and Ayurvedic Face Reading, Nutrition and Lymphatic work and I incorporate all of these learnings into the treatments I offer today for long lasting results.
I have a genuine interest in alternative therapies, which is why I offer additional treatment's which compliment the facial treatments to nurture the mind, body and spirit supporting my client's overall wellbeing and achieving healthy skin from within.

Each skin journey will start with an in-depth consultation. We will discuss your skin challenges, goals and lifestyle factors. I take a whole person approach to skin health addressing the root cause rather than symptoms alone.

MY SIGNATURE MASSAGE TREATMENTS
Abhyanga Massage
An ancient therapy combining pressure to specific marma (vital) points all over the body and yogic stretches of all joints. The massage manipulates healthy flow of energy through the body’s junctions and nadis (pathways and channels), and delivery is personalised according to your needs. Great for improving blood circulation, increase muscle tone and strength, enhance skin complexion, supports mental relaxation and reduces anxiety/stress.
Siro Abhyanga (Indian Head Massage )
This seated massage includes head, scalp, neck, shoulder and upper back massage with Ayurvedic herbal oil which nourishes the scalp, relaxes the mind and releases tension in the head. Overall, this massage will have an effect on the nervous system and helps with headaches and migraines.
Ayurvedic Facial including Marma Point Massage
Working on the face, neck and head, where pressure is using herbal bundles/ hands. By massaging marma points, the movements increase energy flow, stimulating blood flow and collagen. This technique relaxes and releases the taut muscles of facial expression. Your complexion will look smoother, brighter and more relaxed. Emotionally, layers of tension are lifted away, leaving a youthful and vibrant glow clients truly relaxed and centred.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage
A specialized technique that stimulates the lymphatic system, which plays a crucial role in detoxifying the body, removing excess fluid, and supporting immune health. The lymphatic system relies on movement and manual stimulation to function efficiently. During the massage I use gentle, rhythmic strokes to encourage lymph flow toward the lymph nodes, where waste and toxins are filtered out. The technique reduces swelling, boosts circulation and improves the body’s natural detoxification process. Suitable for cancer care patients.
Sculptural Face Lifting and Buccal Massage
This unique treatment is an invigorating massage which combines two complementary techniques that were created by leading facial aesthetics specialist Yakov Gerskovich: sculptural and intraoral massage. The therapist wears sterile gloves to work the face both inside and out, which tones and strengthens the facial muscles to smooth and rejuvenate the skin.
